Nia shares an incredibly strong bond with her entire family, whom she affectionately calls “theBliss.” She and big sister Nirvi are the best of friends, cheering one another’s successes and lending a listening ear during moments of distress. Nia inherited her dad Vivek’s resilience, drive, and humour – she makes everyone erupt in laughter, impersonating her entrepreneurial father’s enthusiasm when ideas strike.

healthcare nt sickcare is the medical diagnostics startup launched in 2007 by Nia’s father Vivek Narayanankutty Nair. Headquartered in Pune, the technology-driven pathology lab provides transparent, affordable testing solutions to local communities. Nia’s Aai, Nivedita also works at the woman-owned small business managing daily operations.
